I found it and i can't give it to him.
I went to kill Tori and then left without element because i didn't know it was there. So i went back, got it, and i can't give it to Mr Manners. Any solutions? Or I have to kill everyone in Angel Court now to get these 2 cat litter bags in Mr Manners office?
/ Edit: OMG, I'm dumb. You have to go to their chief, and then to Mr Manners. Nevermind.
