Seeing Urban Terror here would be great but I think it might be a little of a hassle on GOG's part to keep a lot of these updated or with instructions abound, even for something like Sauerbraten. I would honestly like to see Quake 1/3 itself first either way.

By the way, though Nexuiz is still there Xonotic basically goes where Nexuiz left off after some devs sold the game to be commercial. Long story, a lot of drama, short version is Xonotic is where it all will be at.
