Does anybody know who now owns rights for Warlords III Darklords Rising? For Warlords IV it should be Ubisoft.

I think it would be great to help Steve Fawkner in his work on something DIFFERENT from his recent Puzzle-Quest-...ehm..."faddiness". Bringing Warlords 3 & 4 here on GOG could be such a help.

By the way, while posting it, I found two interesting facts.

1) Steve was in Heroes V team (!!!)
2) Warlords V (TBS) is in development (!!!!!). It's not actually a fact , I found it in russian Wikipedia in "Steve Fawkner" article. But there's no sign of it on Infinite Interactive site and forum...

I'm not sure on your question. I can say that Warlords IV was a complete disappointment. It was to have tactical combat like HoMM, then @ the last minute, they dropped it in favor of the normal WL system.

About the past of Warlords, there is its PuzzleQuest version(s).

(GamersGate is a drm but very easy to hack)
