Don't know if it's a Rogue Trader issue or a GOG Galaxy issues, but I've completed two achievements and never got them unlocked. One is the Adventurous Archaeologist which I've tried twice, the other is Imperial Route.
Going over the list I also see I didn't get basic stuff like No Place Like Home and Pentakill.
This started after coming back to the game after about 2-3 months break. I've had achievements back then (Stolen Star, The Rise, etc' from the beginning of the game).

Anyone else experiencing such issues?

As of April 21st, I no longer get achievements in Rogue Trader. Have contacted CS, but no word. I was getting them before then. Very disheartening as I wanted to try all three routes, but do not want to have to repeat one of them because it is a long game!

This was resolved for me in today's patch.
I got all the missing achievements retroactively too.

It is a problem of the game that Owlcat need to fix, as it does break on their end
