Steam offers it, we already have 4 frikken DLCs for the damn thing.
Should be a no brainer, but GOG seems to like being behind the curve.

the dlc on steam is the same dlc you get here on gog; tyranids, Reinforcement Pack, Lord of Skulls & the sound tracks

The "Complete Edition" in Steam is just a game bundle that includes the DLC (that as ussnorway says, GoG already offers), not a different version (or editor-driven complete edition of the game).

Correct and as a new buyer I would rather buy that at a discount than getting nickeled&dimed with the DLC cancer.
It´s obviously a Steam internal offering.
GOG can match it just as well as they already did with their own Wallpaper&Soundtrack bundle.
They just forgot again.
