Just installed version 1.2 hotfix 3 on Windows 10 (21H2) and the game is working great!

I can't help but notice the ddraw.dll "Gog.com DirectX 1-7 wrapper" that comes with it adds a slight blur to the image
(look at the shadows in particular in the screenshots below):
GOG wrapper default screen fit setting
GOG wrapper with integer scaling set in "dxcfg.exe"

If you prefer a sharper image I suggest using narzouls wrapper instead:
DDrawCompat v0.6.0 wrapper default setting
To install just replace the "ddraw.dll" file with the one from "DDrawCompat-v0.6.0.zip"

I wanted to thank you for this report, but, honestly, I fail to see a single difference between your first ("Gog wrapper default...") screenshot and the third ("DDrawCompat...") one. And the second ("Gog wrapper with...") one, zoomed out, doesn't look very conclusive either. I've still tried it, but don't really see an improvement on the CRT 1600*1200 I use for retro gaming, but it's probably more noticeable on high resolution LCD monitors.
