Download and install this - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
Short installation guide:
1. Click on download in the link above and download this file - directx_Jun2010_redist.exe
2. Double click on directx_Jun2010_redist.exe. It will ask where to extract its content, select your desired location
(I recommend creating a new folder, you can delete it when the istallation is over)
3. Go to where you extracted the files and double click on dxsetup.exe
4. Wait till the installation is finished, then restart your PC (you can now delete the folder where you extracted the files)
