Have to press play game multiple times before it eventually launches and sometimes it gets locked so i can't press launch. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I have other problem: dosbox not work, I have a white screen.

I had luck with going into the install directory -> right-click on Launch Warcraft shortcut -> Compatibility tab -> Reduced color mode (16-bit) and disable fullscreen optimizations.

Pretty sure the Reduced color mode did it. This is in Windows 10.

Reduced color mode is what did it. I tried various compatibility options, and your fullscreen option and the one option that consistently worked is the color mode (16-bit). Experimentation. Science for the win.
