I played Warcraft II for about a month without any problems. A few days ago, I went to save my game, and the program shut down and didn't save my progress. After I discovered I couldn't save my game anymore, I ran the game as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and Galaxy, and tried a number of other troubleshooting problems. Now, when I try to load my save files, the game just crashes. I can start new campaigns, but when I try to save them, the game crashes. Any help?

P.S. I don't want to play the game at a Russian website, so please don't post that.

How many save files do you have?

There's a problem when it's too many saves in war2 appeared.
Maybe try to delete/move some of saves and try again?

P.S: I don't like to mention a russian server any time in topics, but only if it's the easiest way to resolve the problem, so sorry for others for such spam...

I am at capacity for saved files, and I'm thinking that might be the problem. The issue I have is that the only way I can get to the screen to delete files is by pressing the "save" button, and doing immediately shuts down the program before I can get to that page. Are you aware of another way of deleting files?

sorry didnt see the post where u dont wana play at a russian website.. lol i really dont care how hosts the game as long as its up an the russian guys have kept it up for this long there very dependable an my graditude is to them

also 1 more thing .. ur not playing the game at a russian website ur downloading it from there ... its the same as playing on BNET only theres people here

Just open your War2 folder in "my computer", you can find a "save" folder in it.
With many .sav-files.
You can move that files anywhere else.

As i understand the problem could appear with galaxy client somehow, eighter it mixes all the saves into one big folder or something like that... Maybe you need some config with galaxy client or not to use it to play, never looked into it...
