War2 is currently stuck on verifying the CD key when trying to log into GOG Battle.Net.

This also occurred for many other friends who tried logging in to play games together, which we do every weekend.

Please fix this issue!

Yep the server is down.... time for Blizzard to remaster the game!!!

THe worst part is the silence of both BLizzard and GOG about the whole deal.
No communication about it I highly encourage you guys to be active on twitter and other platforms, we have no idea what is happening and who is responsible or what can be done to fix the problem. They keep juggling with the hot potatoe hopping it gets cold somehow.

Apparently Blizzard fixed the issue that was related to the program checking serial keys as they told us on Twitter.
We should be able to enjoy the full glory of war2 next weekend without any problem.

Wait, Blizzard again f*up with that? Never happened for 20 years and now they do it each year?
