Which one?
1. Which windows version? 10?
2. try to add the exe or your war2 to DEP exclusions
3. try to install and start war2combat from en.war2.ru instead of GOG, that could probably help...

you have to configure data execution prevention to exclude warcraft 2. here is how you do it: go to system, click on advanced system settings. slick on the advanced tab there and select performance(the setting at the top). then you select the data execution prevention tab and click on add. then you find the warcraft 2 executable and click on ok or something like that.
