Fix crash when trying to play videos.

Add write access to video files, by copying them in a user-writable directory ($PATH_DATA, defaults to ~/.local/share/games/war-for-the-overworld). For some reason, the game engine tries to open them in read/write mode and crashes if it can’t, despite not actually requiring to write anything.
