OK, so in addition to episode 1 not letting me give wallace the toast, none of the other 3 episodes will go past the title screen.

it starts the opening music and the telltale games logo, but crashes to desktop as it opens the title screen (Where you choose new game, continue, settings, etc)

I am on windows 7, and have tried all the usual tricks, setting to run as admin, various compatability modes, adjusted my screen res, that i have to occasionally use, but nothing seems to work to make them run.

I'm submitting a copy of this post to the support team as well, but am wondering if anyone else is also having the same issue?

It's weird. Now I cannot run it too, but i remember that last i could run episode 2. Tomorrow i will make fresh install and try it (it is after midnight now).

hmmm, something is definitely off here.

I Was able to get ep2 to run... by deleting the save0 and pref files from ep1 in the telltale games directory of my documents folder, so i can run ep2.. but ep3 and 4 still crash.

Of note, I discovered that when ep 1 or 2 launches and gets to the title screen, it creates a folder inside the telltale games directory, that has a prefs.prop file in it (presumably display settings etc) ep 3 and 4 never create folders or files before they crash...

Deleteing the prefs and saves for ep 1 or 2 has no effect on getting ep 3 or 4 to work, but i was able to start a game in ep 2, which is good news for me, since i purchased the games because my 5yr old loves shaun the sheep and wallace and gromit shows and these are supposed to be something we can play together to keep her quiet. (my wife is having a new baby within the week, and we want to be able to keep my daughter quiet when the new one is napping =D )

I bought it for my two sons (5 and 2 yr old), btw they are watching Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit now.

I reinstalled it today and every episode seems to work (except the bug in ep 1), i tried it in this order ep 3,4,2,1,3,4.So I cannot confirm your bug (Episodes 2-4 crash to desktop on launch).
But this release of game is wierd. Before I found the bug with toast my game freezed every time i tried to enter dining room, reinstallation helped (saves were kept).
It is probably not GOGs fault, maybe the got received some beta version of the game. But they could test it more. The bug in ep 1 says, that they didnot test it very much.
