Hi,

i tried to create an Online account several times. Always getting error messages. One of them was "locked" whatever this means.

I tried certain combinations until it said to me the serial is already taken pls reset your password.

The reset password is a joke because it asks for the password.

Im totaly lost now and really need some help.

The reset password asks you for your new password, you just have to type the Serial and the mail that you used.

Thx for the reply but i cannot reset my password.

I tryed every combination of username and email adress i could have used and the error-messages i get are "wrong serial" or "not found".

Any other advise?

Have you updated your game recently? We have uploaded an update that was supposed to address these login issues :)

I did yesterday and my hopes were high. But unfortunately the error messages remain the same. Is there a way to geht rid oft my old online profile and get the serial free for a New profile.

For your info. I bought this game a while ago from a reselling site. Played it made a profile everything was fine. Than the game was removed Form my library because it was bought with a stolen crédit card. OK lesson learned. I now bought it directly throuhg GOG again. I dont know if the serial ive gotten now is the same AS before.

And to be honest its tiresome to go through all this just to get my profile working. I really appriciate your help but if this Problem remains for much longer i have to ask for a refund. Its just not worth the hassle for me than.

The serial will most likely be a different one if you re-bought the game after having it removed from your shelf.

This is driving me nuts to say the least.

Cant i just give a support team my serial number and they reset my victor vran online profile? I dont mind losing progress or whatever. I just want it to work.

FYI: I just made a clean install to the newest version of the game. No help.

We've resolved an issue with the server that somehow you encountered and something broke locking you and prevented you from creating an account. Sorry about that delay but you should be able to use your key now, to make an Online account.

I'm having the same problem. I have tried repeatedly to make an online account so that I can get my extra goodies and play with my other half, but it always tells me "code bad user". Getting really peeved at this. Is it GoG or is it the game-maker's end?

Hi, this is an issue on the developer side which we're testing at the moment and will be fixed in the next update. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Same here. After entering e-mail and password I got the message "The user name and password provided did not mach". And reset password option does not work, it says "code not found'.

I just got this yesterday, was able to make an account and password and log in. Sometimes i have to do it a few times . I'm on windows 8
