the game gets almost loaded then says download failed connection failed. As far as I can see connection is fine. all other games load fine. please help.

I have the exact same issue. are you using GOG galaxy to download?

I am going to try and download from a browser and see if that resolves the issue.

Edit: I was able to download and install the game by using a web browser. Not sure why it didnt work for me in Galaxy.
