Hi,
As in the subject line - I've just bought it and no dice - I click the green "play" button, it goes grey for like 5 seconds and goes back to the friendly green. Green is a friendly colour but in this case it still isn't giving me the bloody access! :D
I've been to the support page already and rechecked the User Account Access and all that jazz.
I have Win7 32bit and can attach dxdiag etc. if needed.
