Is gog.com getting the Final Cut tomorrow?
The developers claimed they were trying to get the game out at the same time for everyone, with an automated solution for cross-platform VH1/2/3 redemption credit. And at the moment, the Steam page says this:

Available: October 7
This game will unlock in approximately 18 hours

So that should be tomorrow 1pm or 2pm EST or so. Sometimes gog has trouble getting launches to happen on time, though.
No release today:

Well, I emailed a couple hours ago about the beta. If I ever get in on that, I'll report back. Unless there's a confidentiality disclaimer or whatever. I don't even know if they just accept all requests or what, but I haven't heard back yet.

EDIT: Ok, over in Europe/Asia, it's now well past business hours. It could easily be 8 or 12 hours or even longer before anyone hears back. It also could depend on their distribution method. The beta might be a temporary Steam installation, for example, but I don't have any idea how they're doing it. It's a popular way of moving around a ton of data while being sure that they can take it all down as soon as the paid release is done. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go this way with the beta. If distribution is a major headache, then who knows how long it'll be.

I guess you can probably still apply if you haven't yet. Unofficial educated guess from a Neocore employee: invites may be sent sometime over the weekend.

So get on with life, if you have one. Be strong.
