Does anyone know where this utility might be available besides the site referred to under this video?
I found a version 4 there but when it downloads the file is corrupted and the extracted program is 0 KB and 7zip notes an error extracting as well. I'd really like to enjoy this game without the irritating locked view.

I keep getting a network error. Zipped or not. Thanks for taking the time. I'm not all that worried about it. There are plenty of other games.

That video looks great, if i can get the file i'll look into updating it and hosting it more permanently. I've tried to get free cam working myself with no success.
