No manual.
Those aren't much a thing anymore; the game has a basic moves tutorial (like most other games) when you start a game.
GOG for it's part puts manuals in the games install directory when available.
(Examples of games I have with manuals are all older: Stalker, Dragonshard, SWAT 4)
