Immersive Sim (like Deus Ex, Arx Fatalis) is my favorite game genre, so I am very excited to play this game for the first time.

I would use Wesp's plus patch and nothing else.

Agree - with this you should get mostly restored content, so there shouldn't be any problems.

The actual OP was asking whether to mod or not. So I assume he doesn't have a burning curiosity to experience the as-originally-delivered version.

?????? The OP asked about whether to mod or not. I gave him an option; an alternative to Wesp`s patch. Why do you assume the OP dont`t want to try the bug-fixed vanilla first? At least he now have to options.
