You get 1 EXP for talking to Bertram Tung, 4 EXP for finishing the level.

But you also get 2 EXP if you dont get spotted.

Is there a way to know when you have been spotted ? Other than playing to the end and checking if you got the two extra experience.

I just retried four times on a Toreador and I didnt do anything different really but only on the fourth time I got the extra 2 EXP.
You get the bonus xp when you plant the bomb, so that's the time you can be certain.
Otherwise, keep an eye on the stealth meter. And keep in mind that the "blooddoll" bum on the platform doesn't count, but the guys in the station building do.
The most dangerous part is inside the main building when you have climbed the stairs because you have to pass a window and there are people in the room behind it. Bloodbuff and maybe celerity can help there.
In my experience it is possible to get in undetected if you have at least 6 stealth.

Yeah I had noticed that when I tried it with another character. Thank you.

I'm pretty positive though that in the past it was given when the bomb exploded, and to me that made a lot more sense because thats when you can be certain you havent been detected at all.

Thats not possible anymore because there is another character placed right at the top of the stairs, so unless my character has either some stun (Dominate 1, possibly also Animalism 1 ?), which allows to get close and drain the character) or Obfuscate (which allows to simply sneak past), one cant get past without being detected.

Also I always enter the building from the left, not from the right, so this guy is a problem when leaving. It basically forces me to place the bomb and do all looting on the way out, when theres a timer.

Before that this place was very easy though, you just had to hug the walls next to the windows. The meter goes to 100 but they dont see you.

I still hug the wall next to the first window, but then I turn right and jump over the reiling. You still have to be careful not to be spotted down there. The meter goes to 100 but usually nobody looks into your direction, so thats fine.

The most difficult place I personally experience is when I have to kill the guy next to the ladder at the locomotive without Obfuscate or a stun. You want to get him from behind and thats not easy at all.

So thats my new routine for Toreador, I enter the building to the left (from the front) as aways. I guess you can also go right, but you miss out on loot and its a lot longer. I would assume the one guy on the area with the explosive containers would be the challenge. He's always the challenge but I usually blood buff before approaching from behind, then draining him for a second blood buff, after which I have enough security (usually at 4 or 5 at this point) to open the door quite close to get to the extra ammunition.

I always have stealth 5 and play the whole game with that. Well, you get stealth 6 late in the game of course, I wont spoil how. Anyway stealth 5 seems sufficient if you play carefully enough and use blood buff in certain places.

The only times I get more stealth is much later in the game if I really have still points left and really nothing good to do with them. That can happen on a Malkavian or Ventrue. I can easily finish the game on a Malk with Dementation 3 and Obufscate 2, and on a Ventrue with Fortitude 3 and Presence 2, so I usually swim in experience on those two clans.

You get roughly about 250 xp total in the game and raising a discipline to 5 costs 50 xp - raising an attribute costs 40 and raising a skill costs 33. And theres booster items, books and teachers you can utilize. Thus raising disciplines is the most expensive you may be forced to do, and being able to keep them low is enormously reducing the pressure.
