Can this game be played on Win 10? Will it play in fullscreen or windows?

Yes it will play in W10 Pro - 64. I have mine running full screen at 1920x1080. Never tried running it in a window.

I haven't played it in a while and I just wanted to make sure it would work with Win 10. Does it need any mods?

No, everything worked fine for me when I installed it. You should be good.

What mods, etc will work in single player? I know that AoR is the only mod I've been able to find. To use it I have to use admin or Redemption doesn't work. Explain, please?

I could not run in on win 10 64
In fact I have quite a bunch of games that became noneoperational when 10 came out. I am hoping GOG will get or make an emulator like DOSBox for later games

Did a full run last month in Windows 10, without issues. Used the AoR mod for some bugfixes.

I installed Redemption using the GOG Galaxy installer and haven't been able to get it to run correctly. When I try to run it it resizes the screen resolution multiple times and then leaves me at the desktop. The game is still running but if I try to alt-tab to it, it just does the same thing and leaves me at the desktop.

I've tried setting the executable to Win8 compatibility mode. I've also installed the wrappers mentioned above. None of this resolved the issue.

Any ideas?

For those who have this problem: try deleting the "logo" and "trailer" files from the Video folder, that should stop the initial resizing on launch. I have the same issue on alt-tab however, the game just becomes unresponsive on alt-tabbing.
