After i defeat the clay brother in Giovanni's mansion, i receive this message and the game crashes. What can i do?

Anyone PLEASE!!!
If you have no solution, here is my last save( https://www.mediafire.com/?2wwg5sajwn6ldsn ). One more hit of my gun and... He is dead. You can easily use trance + tab + shot to kill him and start the cutscene. Please, download the save and save after the cutscene that is crashing.
EDIT > I an playing with unofficial path
EDIT 2 > There are any way to avoid crash using console?
