No, I don't mean Bloodlines. Different Lily.
After going to the brothel in London where you meet Lily and recruit her, I saved inside the first area of the Setite Temple, and then the game crashed immediately. Alright. I've been to Vienna and back to Prague, I know this song and dance. Not so. That save file crashes when I try to load it up. Must be corrupted. So I loaded an earlier save way back in the club before I met Pinky, before I ever went into the brothel. After buying and selling gear, I go into the brothel, and this time, Lily's model isn't there. She's invisible. When I get close, I go through the same recruit conversation, and after that, she is still invisible and she doesn't even join me. I progress to the Setite Temple after that. It gets weirder. The doors to the theater and stage area are OPEN. The switch I need to press to enter the temple is ALREADY pressed. It's like the game kept pre-existing save date of me entering and applied it to a save that I never even entered the brothel with.
What is going on?

I downloaded and added the Neural Redemption mod, and that is the only mod, All it does is update the resolutions of all the textures. I've had to activate the console to access the advancement page to increase my Blood Healing to max, so that I could get rid of the perma-disease problem. And finally, I tried the Prague-to-Vienna workaround with no success.
I haven't tried to reinstall. I see that suggestion all the time for various other games, and I've found that it usually never works, and it's time-consuming. If I have to start a new game, I'll probably just uninstall and walk away.
There's some other crap going on as well. Once I'm inside the brothel, I can't take any of Pinky's inventory or have him equip anything, or have him unequip. This persists if I load an earlier save with Pinky in my party.
