It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've tried all the usual things, compatability, admin etc... but I just can't get this game to run.

Redemption or Bloodlines?

Are you using Galaxy or not?

Did you install DirectX 9 next to DirectX 11?

Have you tried winxp service pack 2 for the compatibility?
Redemption and I've tried everything I can think of. I just can't get the game to run at all.

I thought you were talking about Bloodlines.

Maybe it's a game explorer problem which affected a lot of old games.

Yes I have Redemption running on Win7 x64 and it runs for me as installed, no fiddling required.

I used the standalone installer instead of Galaxy. The only thing I do is install everything in C:\GOG path that I own/control instead of the system folder the installer defaults to.
i've played on a win7 x64 sp1 with no issues, whatsoever.
