So, hi, people. Installed UP 10.0 (Plus Version).
My "problem", if you wanna call it that, isn't really gamebreaking, but, you know how civillians if you get close to them will have some voice lines ("buy a watch", etc)? Well, for some reason, they just growl at me now. All of them. The sound they make, if I'm not mistaken is supposed to be used for the monsters at 609 King's Way and behind ground Zero, either that or Zombies (maybe it's the same).

I also had another problem, namely that the turnstile in the Confession was surrounded by a yellow block with "Trigger" written all across it, and walking up to it always got me permanently stuck. That one was an actual problem, though easily solved by noclipping to Venus. Just putting it here in case anybody recognises that as a known indicator I did something wrong. The growling people in the streets, while funny, are something I'd really like to get rid of, though.

Any help would be appreciated.

Both issues sound as if you continued an earlier save from before updating the patch, you mustn't do that!

It's been a while since you posted this, but have you found a solution for your problem? I have the same issue and can't get it fixed. Tried with and without the UP. installing/uninstalling doesn't seem to do anything.

Any Ideas what to do?

Speaking of which, I am having a bit of an issue where after completing the mission at Grout's Mansion and returning to Downtown, I go into the Skyeline Apartments and find that the doors are all screwed up (especially with the elavator and the air vents), making it near impossible for me to enter my character's Haven.

I am also having that issue where everyone is just standing in one place.

That's the most infamous Bloodlines bug which is caused by long playing session. Just exit the game, run it again and reload from a save outside the apartments! This might be connecte to the bug above...
