Unfortunately, no, that did not happen. Probably would make things easier if that was the case.

wesp5: In that case you trying to set it to 1 did not work. Please try again outside the haven map!
Edit: Nevermind, I went to Santa Monica to clear a few side quests and when I came back, Gary had sent a new email. So looks like it worked. Thanks!
