Hello!

I have a problem with Vampire The Masquerade Redemption. After I have now played my way through Prague, I want to leave the area and therefore I go the gate, which should bring me to Vienna.
But every time I try to go through there, the game crashes and the error message tells me, that the program doesn´t work anymore.

I had this problem with a version I bought from amazon and now with the GOG version as well. (I bought the GOG version in order to solve this problem... :/ )

If anyone has an idea, I would be very glad!

Well, thank you a lot! It is a bit sad that I will have to start all over again, because I play the game because of the story, not the gameplay. But anyway, thank you! :)

This happened to me too. Too bad the game is so buggy even after patches. And some of the bugs affect the game overall. For example i can't progress further because i loaded savegame before a boss level but when i entered the level, boss was already dead so a dialogue didn't play and the game didn't progress further and this happens quite often. If i revisit levels i have already "cleared" before death and load, i find these levels empty with no enemies and chests with loot already open.

Unfortunately, no definitive solution has been found. It's hit or miss whether the known techniques for possible solution will work for you.
