When I hacked the computer (blood bank part of hospital) to get this passcode I just got an error message which mentioned going to administration, but going there yielded nothing. Guides don't even mention this so is it really supposed to happen? Playing with 10.9 patch.
I know I can persuade the nurse Phil if I have high enough persuasion or just look it up, just found this weird.

Apparently it's a scripting issue where you had to have done more of the thinned blood quest first to be able to get it via the computer. I went down here almost the first thing I did in santa monica.
