I tried to install it but in different ways but none worked.

First I installed it as a seperate folder and ran vampire.exe with the -game <foldername> command. This did not work vampire.exe crashes when selecting new game.

Next I tried to install it directly into the VtMB folder. Starting screen says QCM. But the game is very glitched. Items are missing and the player gets stuck in rooms with no way out. I can guess that this might be a conflict between the unofficial patch versions of GOG installer and CQM installer.

Has anyone got this mod to work?

Did you install the original unpatched version ? CQM includes the unofficial patch.
I have the Steam version, so YMMV. Clan Quest works with the Steam version and comes with the unofficial patch (though not the most current one). The readme's and webpage for the Clan Quest mod tell you not to install the unofficial patch because of that. Since the GOG version comes with a version of the unofficial patch (don't know which offhand) I would ask specifically on the Clan Quest webpage. The mod itself does work (I'm playing it now, actually). Final Nights mod also works on the Steam version in case you're wondering. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

What are your system specs? Are you using Wine or a more recent Python version somewhere?
Any news about that?
I would apreacheate an answer. The mod seems interesting to me. But I rather get it on steam if it doesnt work with the gog version.
It should work fine with the GOG version!
