Hello,
after I defeated the brothers in the Giovanni mansion, I can see myself loading the sarcophagus into the truck.
Next I'm in the Venture Tower and talk to the prince. He's like "let's open the sarcophagus" and I'm like "heck yeah!", then the prince and the PC start walking towards the door in a cutscene. However both will get stuck next to the couch along the way..

I have tried "camera_kill" in the console, which brings me into first person perspective, but does not end the cuscene. Trying to save confirms that the cutschene is still running. "Frenzyplayer" does nothing in this case.

I was using unofficial patch 9.5. Unfortunately, while trying to reinstall it, I deleted the assorted savegames.
Now I have started the Malkavian playthrough early with UP 9.7 beta 4 and hope that I won't run into this again.

If anyone has experienced this issue and found a solution, I'd be very glad to hear it :-)

This is a known random bug which could have been fixed by entering this in the console during the Giovanni cutscene:

G.Story_State = 60.

I see. You mean during the cutscene with the prince? Or while loading the sarcophagus into the truck?
I entered G.Story_State 60 and 65 before talking to the prince, but the bug still happend.

I'll try it when I get there again. That cutscene is real short though, I hope my speed typing skills are up to the task!

If you use the console from the main menu the game freezes, otherwise use the pause key...
