Same publisher but different developers, and the store page doesn't reference Cold Soul or its world in any immediately obvious fashion so I figured I'd ask.

Edit: For clarity, by "tie in with" I don't mean to ask if it's a sequel or anything so close. I'm asking if it's from the same shared world/universe.
