Hello and good day to anyone who's reading this. I've already asked the support team about my problem but I haven't received any reply yet. Maybe you can help me out. I've included some pictures for reference.

Anyway, so here it goes:

When I launch the Valdis_Story_AC.exe, the loading time is so slow and all I get is this white blank screen. After pressing the enter button for a few times, I get an error message. However, I can clearly hear the in-game music playing. How do I go about this? Can anyone here help me out? I might not be the only who've had this experience. Here are some of my specs:

------------------
System Information
------------------
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100618-1621)
BIOS: Phoenix SecureCore(tm) NB Version 01GU.M028.20101220.RHU
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 2038MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

---------------
Display Devices
---------------
Card name: Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150

I think I can run it since GOG posted:

"Minimum system requirements: Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8, Processor: 1.7 Ghz or higher, 1 GB RAM (2 GB RAM recommended), 512MB of HD space available, Keyboard or System Supported Gamepad. Patched to version 1.0.0.21"

Well aside from there being some issues with integrated graphics, you may have a bigger problem.

The performance scores on the Intel 3150 Media accelerator lead me to believe it isn't really fit for gaming of any sort. Passmark scores it at a whole 2 points, where basic gaming probably starts in the 300 range, and good gaming is in the 3000 range or better. My parents have one that scores 20 points and it struggled to run the game snapshot.

my Intel HD 4000 felt just fast enough and it gets 400 points on their chart. I don't know if those numbers help put anything into perspective, but there you go. To be honest I'm surprised win 7 even allows for it.

Are you running other games without issue?
Is it a desktop or Laptop?

If you say laptop I don't think there is anything you can do, but if it's a desktop then literally anything would be better.

It's a netbook. I mean, I like the game and all but I wish they put the minimum graphics card requirement.
Get better graphics card.
What is your paging file like? There are a lot of memory optimizations going on, but at it sits it hits about 1.6G in the paging file, if you don't have that much free it will lag or even crash.
The 1.0.0.22 update certainly did it. T'was a bit laggy but I had a chance to play the game on my netbook. I'll try again tomorrow.
