hi all.

i just read one of the reviews where it was stated that many missions are two hours long and one cannot save during a mission!! one tiny mistake and its all over. do it again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.
and again.

sigh.
console hell.

i gave up on some console games after the 50th try to get from here to there and no saving until the end.

there was a tomb raider game where she had to pilot a boat out of a dock and through a gate is just so many seconds and there was not a microsecond of wiggle room!

i gave up in some other ps2 game where i had to walk across many beams and one slip and i start over.

a mod anyone?
is there a way to work around this, in the game?!

I used to play my old PS1 version through a PC emulator so i could use the save/load state ingame. Not seen anything for the PC version though.

Hi there!
Urban Chaos has a lot of fun cheats which you can use if you ever get stuck.
Like for example you can use one cheat to replicate some characters as many times as you like. Have 2 police officers to watch your back.

Also, it only takes 2 hours if you do all the side stuff during the missions, longest mission took me about 20 minutes.

PLAY IT!! Its a great game.

Has there been any kind of recent PC patch to allow the player to save at any time in Urban Chaos? I've read that the missions can last hours long, and it's really strange there isn't a quick save feature by default.
I'd like to know which missions can last hours. :P I've played this thing countless times and there is nothing even remotely like that. In fact most most missions give you a short strict time limit which make getting through them a huge pain especially when you only have a few seconds to get your ass all the way across town.
Any mission can last hours when you're trying to find all the hidden stuff. It's not as critical to have quicksaves when you're going straight to the objectives.

If anyone knows of a mod/patch that adds saving anytime, I'll take it.
