no wheels in vehicles,graphics issues,slowdows,flickering...i have nvidia GeForce 9600 GT with latest drivers running on win xp if that info helps.thanks

Hmm, same GPU, same issue... Was wondering about these magical cars without wheels :-/ I only have flickering phonebooths and it doesn't seem to affect gameplay in any major way, so I can live with that.

Maybe it's not so actual already, but. Did someone solve this "wheels-problem"?
It's way too complicated for me to play the game with "flying" cars. Phantasmagoric view.

Try changing the "fix_directx" value in the "config.ini" to either 0 or 1.
Having it set to 1 removes the wheels from cars for me too.
I'm on Intel HD530 integrated graphics by the way.
