Anyone else having issues with the upgrade descriptions and mission text getting cut off on the right side of the text box, as though it's not wrapping correctly?

You are not the only one, my game is getting text wrapping issues as well.

Until a solution is found, if one is ever found never know with a game this old.

This is a known issue to some extent. I remember reading something about it on a site... like a proper publication instead of a user comment. I forgot the details, but essentially you need a contemporary Win 95/98 system for the text to wrap properly, along with making some other things on the menus like volume controls work, due to the way it's handled. The menu graphics are like an overlay on top of the realtime-rendered components or something.
