Hello!

I just got this game, and when I started moving around and the background started looking like when you win Solitaire! I got through it, and got to the Naga ambassador, and it was a black screen with all the character sprites doing the Solitaire stuff! To be honest it's kind of hellish to be totally honest lol

Did you try to reinstall the game?
Do you have the latest drivers?
Have you tried to change full screen / windowed?
Have you tried to run the game in another mode?

I contacted devs via Twitter (@pyrodactylgames) and they said "That error is the "Intel graphics", for cards that don't support large textures."

For more information, you should probably contact devs.
