None whatsoever. It was only an installer update.

Probably changed the promotional posters during installation, and maybe some index or catche handling change to make it install faster or I don't know.

Definitelly, yet I have no better idea. I have the old GOG installers on my pendrive and installed it just for test. It has the very same folder size as with the new installer so there wasn't any game changes for sure. These 32 to 64 bit things are just ridiculous sometimes.

GOG changed compression algorithms so creating installers take much less time for them, but the downside is that installers may be larger. As I pointed out above, the game was not altered in any way.
