Hi,

I'm here mainly for the direct input that doesn't want to be enable. Sorry if a same topic as already been opened, but the "search" button on the forum doesn't work for me. o_o' And I didn't found any answers to my problem on google.

So, the problem is that I just want the direct input, to not have this horrible laggy sensitivty, with which you feel like your pointer is always late and approximative. It say that the game need to be restart, so I check "Direct Input", I quit and launch the game again, but the "Direct Input" is still uncheck, and the mouse feel as terrible as before in game. I read that if you put the framerate limit, it could be works, but when I put "60" FPS to the limiter, and I come back, it's disable. Same for "Texture Details", and "Show Decals"...
The thing is that when I ask the game to operate under the software rendering support instead of direct 3d support, I have a nice sensitivity, but obviously, the game is uglier (with everything to max), and at a lower framerate...

Any solution to force these options, and especially the direct input, with the Direct 3D support?

P.S. On UNREAL GOLD, I didn't knew this forum was for the entire series of Unreal, I thaught there was a forum for each game. :3

Two things: Game must be installed as administrator. Game must be installed somehwere else than in the My Programs (or any variant of it).

As it sounds like your settings refuse to save, the solution to that is usually one or both of the above.
