Found it by trial and error. F6 is quicksave and F7 quickload.

If you'd like to change the quicksave/quickload keys, you can edit then like so:

Press the ~ key to open the console, type "preferences" and press enter:

The advanced options menu opens, and you can edit the keys under Advanced/Raw Key Bindings:
