Did support not explain how to change it when they emailed you a new key?
I think its a registry change. If your familiar with how to use the registry all you need to do is find ut2k4 in it and change out the cd key for the new one. It should be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GOG or something like that.

ok, so i went to ut2k4's reg folder, but which folder should it be?
