Hey there!

I installes Unmechanical and tried to startit, but there was always the Error, that a .dll was missing. after downloading an c+p them into the windows folderone after the other, there was always anotherone that is said to be missing. after 6 files I stopped argueing. The newest update didn't change anything.

Can anyone help me?

Please contact our Support department with a DxDiag attached to your email. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

Also, please specify which .dll file is reported as missing by the game.

Did you run game setup as administrator? Near the end it should install necessary DirectX files. Please uninstall the game, try again running as admin (right-click setup file, choose 'run as...' ) and when DirectX setup pops up follow its instructions.

same problem here. i've tried reinstalling the program several times as administrator, but no directx installation pops up.

I had this problem; what was missing was the 32 bit .dll. Installed it and everything worked fine. Nice game, too.

None of these work for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with admin. That did not solve the problem.

A_future_pilot's link does not work either. The install fails because it detects a newer version.

The error that i get is "This program cannot start because MSVCR100.dll is missing."

I installed as Administrator and tried to run but it is looking for XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from my computer. What is XINPUT? Is this some controller driver? Can this game not be run via keyboard/mouse?

same here. installed as administrator. asks for X3DAudio1_7.dll.

running on windows 8.

XINPUT1_3.dll and X3DAudio1_7.dll are DirectX components. If the game doesn't install it properly on it's own, then there's this:
