Doesn't look like it's gone on sale for quite a while. :(
You can use 'Is There Any Deal' to look up game price histories.
You have to set the store filtering options: click the "All Stores Selected" button > Select: "none" > click GOG > click "Select Stores" > you should now only see GOG price history. Then under the timeline, click Zoom: "All" to see the full price history.
You can also select more stores than just GOG to compare... and then realise it's gone on sale at least 6 times on Steam since it last went on sale here, wtf. :|
