Opponents kill Gorsky by the third, maximum - by the fourth turn. My sniper kills two or three enemies (the most dangerous) per turn, but that's not enough. If I throw a napalm grenade, my allies run into the flames and become enemies.

It's a hard as balls fight, probably have to simply get more levels and equipment first.
No room for stealth/traps or hit and run napalm stuff.
