I've encountered a weird sound problem where any type of music appears completely disorted and urecognizable with cracking starting from the main menu.
All other sounds play perfectly fine.
I've tested this on two sepereate PCs with different hardware and OS (win7 and win10) on internal realtek soundcard and external USB (Audioengine D1) with no luck.
Playing the .ogg files manually from the audio folder works fine.

It worked fine before on much older builds of the game, I'm currently on 1.1.1.6.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Allight found the solution on my own after seeing that the game uses openAL.
I had to delete the alsoft.ini in appdata/roaming which I had from enabling EAX support in various older games.
