Anyone else having issues with achievements earnt not been reflected on GOG Galaxy? I get the Galaxy notification I've reached an acheivement but when I check on Galaxy it's not there. Couple of times a system re-boot would help but I'm still missing a few (e.g. 50 Energy weapon kills, etc)

You have to launch the game from the GOG launcher and not from your desktop shortcut, had the same problem and that solved it for me.
