I have encountered a strange effect in the tomb of loth that I wondered on whether it is a bug or effect of something in the dungeon.

If I go to sleep in the 3rd or 4rth level, when I try to cast spells I get a "You are not ready to cast another spell" message, even with full magic.

So, is this the dungeon or a game bug?
