After the intro of Ultima IX there is a black screen and only the audio is running....
i can't play !!!

Did you change it from Glide to D3D? D3D can be made to work a lot of times but it's not easy. If you just want to get into the game quickly you should run the "final setup" program and make sure it's using Glide. Then run the glide configuration program and make sure it's set the way you want it.

If that's not the issue (meaning you just checked) then we'll need to know some more info. What video card are you using? What OS (XP, 7, 8, Wine)? Have you manually made changes to Options.ini?

I'm able to run it on Windows 8 using the Glide wrapper. You should be able to run the game so we'll help if we can.

I don't have this game, but out of interest in glide games, I'm curious about something.

Does this game's glide mode, offer any bells and whistles or differences over the direct 3d mode?

I know quite a few games with glide support, offered more 3d features if played on Glide, and removed visual effects and features if played on direct3d.

I had to set compatibility mode to xp sp3 to get rid of the black screen issue.
