Hi everybody
I play Ultima IV with XU4 and I'm having a blast with it. I gathered the party (my guy is the Paladin), but both Shamino and Geoffrey shove me away with the above words. I'm at level 6, so I wonder what's the prerequisite for these two to join me. As level 8 is the maximum level of Ultima IV I wonder if it's a bug I'm suffering from. Can anybody enlighten me? Thank you!

The maximum number of party members you can have is equal to your level, so you can pick one up (your choice which) at level 7, and the other will only join you at level 8

It won't take as long as you'd think, simple because the main character gets XP whenever you get a quest item, and there are a lot of them in the game. So, those 6400 XP will come pretty quickly for the main character (as opposed to the rest of the party).

(There's also a virtue requirement, but I believe your starting virtue levels are sufficient.)

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, I reached level 8 in a relatively short time indeed. The party is finally complete. Now for the last three of these darn virtues...
