For example:

2 - Iolo 380P

I know the 'P' stands for poisoned. 'G' stands for good. What does 'S' stand for? The seer will not communicate with my party as my leader has 'S' next to his HP and he says I need to revive him.

Also, what are the other stat abbreviations?

S stands for sleeping... I don't remember if there were any others than those three. It was stated on some manual somewhere.
